We’re delighted to welcome you to this year’s Awards. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, inclusive, and professional evening, we ask all guests to follow this simple Code of Conduct.

1. Respect and Professionalism

Treat all attendees — including nominees, organisers, sponsors, venue staff, and guests — with courtesy and respect.

Discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour or language will not be tolerated.

Celebrate success graciously — congratulate winners and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere.

2. Health, Safety, and Conduct

Follow all venue and event safety instructions.

Please drink responsibly and look out for fellow guests.

Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event.

If you see or experience anything concerning, please speak to a member of the event team immediately.

3. Social Media and Photography

We encourage you to share your experience! Please tag #xxAwards and help us celebrate the night. Please replace xx with the awards event you attended, ie either NC, ST, CS, CC or DM.

However, do not share confidential results, private conversations, or any content that could reflect negatively on others or the event.

Respect the privacy of those who may not wish to be photographed or filmed.

4. Inclusivity and Accessibility

We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

If you have accessibility or dietary requirements, please let the organisers know in advance or speak to a member of the event team on the night.
