Comment
Welcome to the April edition of the Document Manager eNewsletter, which includes a case study and a news item relating to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - a phrase most of us had hardly heard of a year ago, but which seems to be cropping up all over the place lately.
As businesses - and end users - are reassured that ‘robots’ in this sense doesn’t necessarily mean huge metal automatons striding across the landscape like cybermen, there is growing recognition that technologies such as RPA and machine learning are undoubtedly going to have a major impact on the DM/ECM sector.
By the same token of course, we are sure to be featuring such developments in our pages (print and online) throughout 2019, as part of our ongoing efforts to always reflect the current and emerging technology landscape for our readers.
