Welcome to the March 2018 Newsletter.
At the time of writing the NC team is busily (very busily!) preparing for the 2018 Network Computing Awards, which take place on 22nd March at the Raddison Blu Edwardian in London’s Bloombsury. You’ll find a full list of the winners and runners-up available online after the ceremony, and we’ll feature a round-up of the winners in the next issue of the newsletter and magazine.
As promised we’re taking another look at AI this month, with two articles that explore how to begin working with artificial intelligence in your organisation, and its practical implications for the IT infrastructure. That other networking hot topic, SD-WAN, also features in this issue, with an opinion piece from Simon Pamplin, EMEA Technical Director at Silver Peak that addresses the challenges of implementing a software-defined wide area network.
All that remains is to wish all of our nominees good luck at the Network Computing Awards this week – we’ll see you on the other side!
