Welcome to the May 2020 Newsletter.
This is our first newsletter since March for reasons that I’m sure are all too apparent. It’s also the first opportunity we’ve had to say here that due to COVID-19 voting has been suspended on the 2020 Network Computing Awards, with the awards ceremony itself having been rescheduled for 1st October. It seemed essential to pause the voting while we’re all coping with the chaos caused by the Coronavirus and we are currently targeting August for it to resume. Please visit our awards website for updates in the meantime as well as our twitter account, below.
This edition of the newsletter is something of a reviews special with four new products put under the spotlight by our reviews lab. These include the latest addition to ExaGrid’s EX family of enterprise backup appliances and DataCore’s move into the hyperconverged infrastructure appliance space with the launch of its HCI-Flex range.
We’ll be back with more reviews, news and features in June and hope that all of our readers are staying safe and secure during these challenging times.
