Welcome to the Storage magazine eNewsletter for July, and as more of us look tentatively ahead to the possibility of holidays and other activities that have felt out-of-bounds for such a long time now, I am delighted to add to the list of 'things that will soon be back with a vengeance', with the 2021 Storage Awards. Nominations are closed as of the start of this month and the finalists will be announced on July 12th, so now the real nail-biting stuff begins as we open up the awards to public voting on that date - and that's where you come in.
Remember, you can vote in as many (or as few) categories as you wish, there's no need to rack your brains wondering which hyper-convergence vendor you should be voting for if you only wanted to support your favoured enterprise backup hardware vendor - or vice versa! You have until the 8th of September to cast your votes - so put a note in your calendars now to head to www.storage-awards.com any time after the 12th!
